MIS/WFM Executive:

  • Preparing and maintaining Daily/Weekly /Monthly Reports.
  • Analyze & identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compiling daily/weekly/monthly reports and sending to all the stakeholders
  • Data upload to the Dialer
  • Dialer maintenance from IT framework prospective

Requirements:

  • Should be excellent in Microsoft tools
  • Should possess analytical thinking skills
  • Should have good knowledge on Dialer framework and functionalities
  • Should be aware of the Voice (Inbound/outbound) & Non-voice processes
  • 1-3 years of experience in BPO/customer service Industry
