Prepladder is looking for SoftwareTester (Manual tester)

– Manualtester , Androidios , Qualityanalyst
– Experience required – Min 2 Years into Mobile and web testing

Requirements :-

• Manage the Quality Assurance procedures and processes.
• Implement and support a Test management platform.
• Monitor all operations that affect quality Building and managing the large teams effectively.
• Train and assist Testers to perform proper testing.
• Report Quality metrics and Test results to Project and Department managers.
• Develop quality strategies to help the organization achieve strategic goals.
• Develop and implement short and long-term tactical quality plans. Plan, coordinate, and direct quality programs, initiatives and activities to ensure the quality and reliability of Company Products.
• Evaluate product performance, reliability, and recommend corrective and preventative actions
