Independently handling recruitment for assigned Branches across allocated clusters and lending businesses.
Conducting Campus recruitment as per Business Requirements.
Managing Bulk Hiring for Branches for Lending verticals.
Induction & Training:
Imparting and co-ordinating training to employees and new hires.
Co-ordination with Regional Training team and ensuring trainings for all the employees in the assigned cluster.
Employee Engagement & Connect:
Branch Visits across allocated branches in the clusters which includes meeting with the employees and assessing problems related to their Job/ work environment and making an action plan to resolve the concern to the employee’s satisfaction.
Collating Data for PIP Process.
Discussions with Regional Head and Zonal HR for developing Action plan to resolve the issues.
Managing Employee Engagement activities for employees.
Employee Relations-
SPOC for all employees’ queries, complaints and grievances for the clusters.
Administration of Leave, Staff Loan, FFS, PF, Gratuity etc and maintaining data for the same.
Grievance Handling and addressing Complex issues related to Employee productivity.
Exit Formalities:
Ensuring smooth exit of employees by facilitating their resignations.
Assessing the concerns during Exit Interview
Responsible for managing HR process efficiency with Business across clusters.
Managing Business requirements and closures in TAT.
Quick decision making capacity.
Responsible for Proactive leadership activities.
