Roles & Responsibilities:

• Contact potential students to inform them about various courses of University.
• Answer questions about courses and services of the University.
• Ask questions to understand potential student requirements.
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
• Get the application form filled to convert these applications as leads in an accurate manner.
• Handle grievances to preserve the University’s reputation.

Preferences & Requirements:

• Proven 2 years experience as tele caller representative
• Graduation is mandatory
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
