Roles & Responsibilities:
- Contact potential students to inform them about various courses of University.
- Answer questions about courses and services of the University.
- Ask questions to understand potential student requirements.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Get the application form filled to convert these applications as leads in an accurate manner.
- Handle grievances to preserve the University’s reputation.
Preferences & Requirements:
- Proven 2 years experience as tele caller representative
- Graduation is mandatory
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
