Skills & Experience Required:
- Must have good English communication skills
- Having experience in Formulation and implementation of HR policies
- Must have experience of working with and IT company (Digital Marketing company experience candidates will be preferred)
- Must have knowledge of building a great work culture
- Supervise a company or organization’s hiring process from recruiting, interviewing and hiring new staff
- Help connect executives with employees, build and employer brand, improve employee engagement, build strategic talent resources plans
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media)
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
- Advertise job openings on company’s career page, social media, job boards and internally
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Payroll management
Shift: 5 days working
