We are looking to add a Full- time Associate for Business Process & Operations vertical who can support the Canada based business teams with bookkeeping, data management, inventory management & reconciliation.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
· Organization of all expense receipts and reconciliation.
· Auditing invoices and expense receipt for overages and anomalies.
· Managing overseas shipping and courier requests.
· Updating & Administrator CRM forms on regular basis
· Regular data Management and report generation for all expenses, inventory, consumption & pending orders on MS- Excel.
· Sharing business reports with supervisor for scheduled/ Adhoc requirements.
· Coordinate with On-site team for operations and support.
· Create new processes for data optimization and bookkeeping.
· Entering orders into the company portal and track activities.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:
· At least 2-3 years of professional experience in similar role.
· Preferred: Prior experience in Operations/ Accounting/ Process Optimization.
· Preferred: MBA- Finance or other specialization however graduates can also apply.
· Excellence in MS- Excel & MS- Word
· Strength in learning new systems and process fast
· Ability to work in Night Shifts
