1) Able to get leads/projects from Upwork, GURU, Freelancer and other Portals.

2) Must have excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.

3) Quality project selection and bidding.

4) Must have experience in generating leads from social media platforms too.

5) Understanding the client requirements, Identifies and communicates user and functional requirements for necessary projects.
