Reports to: Zonal Business Manager
Work Timings: 8.5 hours daily. Monday – Saturday.
Position Objective:
Driving sales effort across territory and to achieve targets through channel management, colleges and other sources.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· To achieve growth and hit sales target by successfully managing the assigned territory.
· Responsible for business generation from Channel Management, Colleges & other sources.
· Planning & executing College connect activities and in the assigned territory.
· Securing College/University tie-ups to achieve Institutional Channel targets.
· Responsible to conduct College seminars with recent graduates and final year students to generate business.
· Develop master Channel Partners in the assigned cities
· Identification of new ACPs in the assigned territory
· Connecting with the ACPs and generating leads and business from the leads
· Close co-ordination with the ACPs for the activities and college connects.
· Maintaining proper data of ACPs and their contribution
· Preparing their invoices and processing their payment on a timely basis.
· The role requires extensive travel in the assigned territory.
Relevant Experience Range (In Years):
· Business Development, Sales, Student Sourcing, Channel management, Institutional Sales and College connects.
· 8+ years education industry managing partner or Franchise business
· Good contacts and relationships with Colleges, Universities, Standalone institutes and Channel.
Mandatory Skills
· Networking, Partner identification, development, and Management, should be willing to travel exhaustively.
Knowledge & Skills
· Presentation skills, Public addressing in colleges, MS Office, PPT
· Proficient in local language
