Job Description
- Hands on experience in identifying TNI, formulating training calendar
- Co-ordination for training sessions, attendance compilation and feedback assessment
- Handled induction for new joiners and worked on employee handbook
- Knowledge of Excel, MS word, Power point.
- Previous experience of worker, training & induction will be an added advantage
