• Qualification: MBA/PGDBM (Human resources)
• Year of Experience: 5-8 years
• Nature of Industry: FMCG,FMCD

Job Description

• Hands on experience in identifying TNI, formulating training calendar
• Co-ordination for training sessions, attendance compilation and feedback assessment
• Handled induction for new joiners and worked on employee handbook
• Knowledge of Excel, MS word, Power point.
• Previous experience of worker, training & induction will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
