Responsibility
Responsible for executing the defined recruitment strategy from role definition to the onboarding for entry to senior-level positions.
Coordinate with respective stakeholders to identify requisition needs & determine selection criteria.
Write and post technical job descriptions.
Source potential candidates not only through job boards but through other online channels and niche platforms (e.g. Social platforms & professional networks).
Build a pipeline of talent to fill present and future openings.
Conduct screen calls to analyze the applicant’s abilities in line with the requirement.
Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
Compose job offer letters.
Onboard new hires.
Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work.
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants & potential candidates.
Responsible for timely updates of the Dashboards and ATS.
Skills & Experience:
Education: Engineering Graduate/ MBA.
Experience in using sourcing tools.
Strong understanding of the Indian IT talent market and talent availability.
Proven experience of hiring in Niche technologies as per market trends.
Must have hands experience of working and handling ATS & RMS.
Good understanding of social media and other professional networks.
Passionate team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet internal and external deadlines.
