Operation Support Executive required for a US Based online education company in coding education for Kids.
Roles & Responsibility:
The role will require you to work along with US & Indian parents and students, delievering a great experience in relation to services and courses offered
Work as parent /teacher representative, who is excited and confident to help parents and teachers in resolving their queries on the online platform
Manage along with teachers in class allocation, scheduling and rescheduling of classroom sessions with backend team
Manage and categories parents concerns, and create systems with the support of platform integration team to resolve them on a larger scale.
Manage and trouble shoot day to day operations issue and contribute to team effort by accomplishing results as needed
Manage internal and external communication with stakeholders via phone and email and maintain a record for the same for the managements review.
Create detailed weekly, fortnightly and monthly reports on parents concerns and create trackers from start to end to manage and resolve all concerns.
Working hours shall be 9:00 PM-5:30 AM (IST). Sunday to Friday, Saturday to be a weekly off
Candidate must have fluent business English communication
Candidate must be strong on ethics, confident and customer service oriented
Candidate must have functional and technical knowledge of communication system
Candidate must be patient, empathetic and passionately communicative.
Salary offered:
3 lakh to 3.5 lakh per annum INR 25,000-30,000 per Month
The company want candidate to work remotely from their home, must have their own laptop and internet connection.
