Roles and Resposnsibilities:

  • Design and update job descriptions
  • Post jobs on various job portals and source potential candidates from various online channels (Monster, Naukri, Indeed and LinkedIn)
  • Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
  • Advertise job openings on company’s career page, social media, job boards and internally.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.

 

Experience required: 3 – 5 years

Age: 23 – 29 years
