Roles and Resposnsibilities:
- Design and update job descriptions
- Post jobs on various job portals and source potential candidates from various online channels (Monster, Naukri, Indeed and LinkedIn)
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
- Advertise job openings on company’s career page, social media, job boards and internally.
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Experience required: 3 – 5 years
Age: 23 – 29 years
Salary – 20K – 23K (in hand)
