We are looking Fresher HR
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Reviewing client requirements based on rates, location, duration of projects, auction time, skillset
2. Managing volumes of requisitions and allocating them to the team and executing for maximum coverage
3. Reaching out to the reporting manager and communicating the challenges and getting feedback that will help our recruiter source for the best fit for the position
4. Scheduling calls and meeting with reporting manager for update and progress tracking
5. Coordinating and working with daily challenges related to positions, goals, and maintaining the morale of the team
6. Screening profiles, scheduling interviews, engaging with them until onboarding
7. Preparing and managing operation trackers
NOTE :–
– Freshers are eligible only if they have done training in the relevant filed.
– Only WFO opportunity.
