We are looking for HR IT Recruiter

Position – HR Recruiter (Female Candidate)
Experience Required :– 0.6 – 1 yr (Min 6 months exp in Recruitment)

(Must have good expertise in IT recruitment)

Responsibility 

• Must have good knowledge of recruitment portals like indeed, naukri, apan job etc..
• Having a strong LinkedIn profile will be added advantage
• Proactive candidate / willingness to excel in HR career
• Ability to screen the candidate against the requirements by asking right questions.
• Follow the defined HR recruitment process, & help to improve it.
• Very good communication skills
• Patience / Ability to listen
• A well read person will be preferred
• Well organized / must be able to keep track of their work / assignments
• A team player
• Must be able to work from office & learn from others
• Having prior experience in recruitment is preferred
• Having knowledge of application tracker softwares will be good.
