โ€“ Responsible for end-to-end recruitment.
โ€“ Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
โ€“ Sourcing candidates through Social Media, Resume Databases, Job Portals, and Professional Networks
โ€“ Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
โ€“ must be self-driven
โ€“ Must have experience with core โ€“ IT recruitment.
โ€“ Must have knowledge of MS Office and Google Doc, sheets etc.
