Job Description:

Strong experience required in end to end recruitment for the IT sector – Mobile/Apps Development Company
Experience in working on Naukri portal/Linkedin/Indeed is a must have or other portals is a plus
Managing joining formalities, follow up and induction process with the candidate
Should have good Communication skills (Written & Oral) and interpersonal skills
Good negotiation and consultative skills.
Working knowledge on the computer – Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and internet
