• Proven experience is required in IT recruitment.
• Designing and updating job posts on different hiring portals.
• Sourcing candidates from different hiring portals.
• Screening Resume/Calling/Interview Scheduling.
• Offering/Verification/Offering.
• Handling Employee Engagement/Onboarding process.
