Required:
– We are looking for a Corporate HR with full-cycle recruiting experience.
– Talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
– Excellent Communication Skills are mandatory.
– Proficient in job boards, LinkedIn.
– Required: Experience: Minimum 1 – 3 Yearsโ experience (US IT Staffing)
Responsibilities:
– Design and implement overall recruiting strategy .
– Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc .
– Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
– Coordinate with managers on the process execution.
