Roles and Responsibilities –
- To ensure that assigned targets should be achieved.
- To ensure that 60% onboarded merchants should be activate.
- To ensure and monitor the app should be intsalled by every onboarded merchant.
- Ensure activation / retention of merchants, Grow market share and wallet share
- To implement different strategies to penetrate new market and ensure their exhibition at ground level.
- Retention of existing team and providing data to them and also to ensure and monitor that every TL should earn their monthly incentives
- Resolve merchant queries from re-training, statement queries, payment queries and any other query raised by the merchant Compliance & Risk Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and satisfactory internal audit
- Ensuring compliance and security procedures are adhered to properly Key Interactions
