We are looking for HR Executive!!
Role: HR Generalist +IT Recruitment
Role and Responsibilities of HR Executive:
– Good Communication Skills.
– Must have good management skills.
– Create the job description Post job on the Hiring portals, social media, and other sources- Calling candidates for the open positions.
– Administer HR-related documentation such as contract of employment, offer letters, joining forms, exit letters, experience letters, and a database of all the documents.
– Manage employees’ grievances
– Monitor employee morale and company culture.
– Internal hiring for the organization.
– Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
– Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
– Leaves and Attendance Management
– Handling the payroll
– Handling end to end recruitment process.
– Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
– Sourcing candidates through job portals, and other social networking sites
– Screening and evaluation of profiles through telephonic, Video and direct interviews.
– Desired experience of recruiting for IT or cloud service companies
– Strong process-orientation, organization, and follow-up skills
NOTE :- Requirements: Masters Degree in Human Resource or Similar and experience
