Job Responsibilities
- Contribute towards the development of features, implementing parts or in whole for
- Content Enablement
- Ability to clearly understand per project basis requirements
- Existing product features and overall solution
- Install, Deploy, configuration and Demo product at feature level, must have excellent
- knowledge on complete product lifecycle.
- Ability to quickly adapt with regular switching of client assignments; based on priorities
- without significantly impacting productivity
- Assist the Senior and Staff engineer in development of existing and new projects.
- Conduct research on emerging application development software products, technologies,
- languages, and standards in support of procurement and development efforts
- Provide postproduction support where applicable
Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- A minimum of 6 – 9 years of experience as a software engineer with relevant Industry exposure
- Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices
- Advanced knowledge of database structure and theory, with strong understanding of
- disaster recovery and database backup procedures
- Working Experience with MSSQL / Oracle / MySQL / PostgreSQL / Redshift, with certification
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and assistance
- You are responsible for Installation, configuration, maintain and upgrading database server
- Modifications to any existing databases with appropriate impact analysis
- Establish and maintain sound backup and recovery policies and procedures
- Maintenance of Databases, regular maintenance and data cleanups
- Define and apply authorized checks, validation procedures
- Implement and maintain database security (create and maintain users and roles, assign privileges)
- Monitor the database performance and evaluate complex information coming from a variety of sources.
- Suggest and implement service improvements for enhancing monitoring and alerting
- Review and deployment of Database end artifacts
