75way Technologies PVT. LTD. a leading IT Solutions company is looking for a Go-Getter, Energetic, and Sharp Human Resource Executive, someone who can be the face of the organization and take responsibilities.

Preference will be given to a male candidate.

What you’ll be doing:

• Handling end-to-end recruitment process.
• Taking care of the documentation part.
• Leaves management of staff.
• Admin work(Office Bills/Payments/Other expenses).
• Be the face of the company for employees and vendors.
• You’ll also be responsible for handling grievances and resolving the queries of employees.What we’ll be expecting:
• You have worked for at least 1 to 3 years in a reputed IT Company.
• You are having an MBA and possess excellent comms(Written+Verbal).
• You should have hands-on experience in IT Recruitment.
• You should be having a strong command of MS Excel and MS Word.
• You should be having knowledge of labor laws and EPF/ESIC.
• You should be having prior experience in handling office premises.
• You are naturally good at handling different situations.
