We are looking for HR executive
>> Experience Required :- Fresher
Roles & Responsibility
- Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and on boarding
- Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them
- Manage employees’ grievances
- Monitor HR department’s budget
- Basic knowledge of full-cycle recruiting
- Solid communication skills
- MBA Interns, Freshers are preferred from relevant field.
- Candidate should have basic understanding of Roles, responsibilities of HR, Admin process
- Candidate should’ve knowledge about portals
