1. Strong knowledge of PHP
2. Good knowledge of PHP framework any like Laravel (Mandatory), Code Igniter, Yii
3. Good knowledge of PHP/MySQL, jQuery, AJAX, Smarty, CSS, JavaScript
4. Knowledge of OOPs concept
5. Able to give inputs and ideas in project meetings.
6. Strong communication skills
7. Able to understand project requirements with minimum assistance.
8. Open Source knowledge in Advantage like (Joomla, Magento, Drupal, X-cart)
