We are looking for US Recruiter Fresher.
Duties:

  • Performs the full life cycle of recruiting for open positions and future needs
  • Research and recommend new sources for proactive candidate recruiting.
  • Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
  • Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications
  • Conduct and prescreen interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
  • Evaluate applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Schedule interviews and provide timely follow-up.
