Job Description:
• Sales Planning for the region.
• Leading a cross-functional team of Branch manager, Field Executives, Technology to drive daily sales and meeting targets
• Managing corporate client & maintaining, developing business relations to maintain and grow sales.
• Identifying new lead opportunities and pursuing them to develop them into large
accounts.
• Daily review, monitor, track team performance and mentor, groom the team members
• Reporting to and directly working with the top management team
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting business relationships by partnering with
them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the
management team
Req Skills:
• Having Fair Knowledge of Business & preferably from Local Markets
• Strong business sense and industry expertise in service provider.
• Must possess good communication skill and result-oriented exp.
• Post Graduate/Graduate with min 5 yrs experience in relevant field from security industry.
