We are Hiring for BDE/ Online Bidders

Required Skills

– Exp.: 1-3 yrs (preference will be given to those who are from technical background)
– Written and communication skill is a must.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Should be able to generate leads on Upwork.
2. Good communication skills and got IT/CS background will be a great plus.
3. Should be able to find new clients, get deals finalized, and coordinate with the technical team on deliverables.
4. Should be responsible for bidding of web development & Designing and Digital marketing projects having basic idea about that and updated on the new technologies and bidding online will be a great addition.
5. Candidates should be willing to learn to generate business
6. Listen attentively to customer need
7. Track, follow up with customers for service feedback
8. Generate reports on leads generated & opportunities
9. Should be a self-starter & independent pro-active, persuasive orientation.
10. Self-driven and willing to take initiative.
11. Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
