Job Description:

  • Handling customer queries on brand website chat
  • Handling customer engagements on social media platforms
  • Calling customers to capture their feedback on buying experience and product usage
  • Coordinating with warehouse operations team for customer order fulfillment issues
  • Responding to customer queries on customer care email / mobile number

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in a D2C Company.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle pressure
