Job Description:
Handling customer queries on brand website chat
Handling customer engagements on social media platforms
Calling customers to capture their feedback on buying experience and product usage
Coordinating with warehouse operations team for customer order fulfillment issues
Responding to customer queries on customer care email / mobile number
Preferred Qualifications:
3-4 years of relevant experience in a D2C Company.
Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
Ability to handle pressure
