Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Webflow professional to join our team. As a Webflow Experienced Professional, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining visually stunning and highly functional websites using the Webflow platform. You will collaborate with our design and development teams to create engaging and intuitive user experiences that meet our clients’ needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop websites using the Webflow platform, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with the design team to translate wireframes and visual designs into fully functional websites.
• Implement custom interactions, animations, and dynamic content using Webflow’s visual editor and custom code when necessary.
• Optimize websites for performance, speed, and search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility by conducting thorough testing and troubleshooting.
• Integrate third-party tools and services, such as analytics, forms, and e-commerce functionality, into Webflow websites.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in web design and development, especially those related to the Webflow platform.
• Collaborate with the development team to integrate Webflow websites with back-end systems and databases when required.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members on Webflow-related tasks and projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements, provide project updates, and address any issues or concerns.

  Requirements:

• Proven experience designing and developing websites using the Webflow platform.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Familiarity with responsive web design principles and mobile-first development.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices, with the ability to translate design concepts into functional websites.
• Experience with custom interactions and animations using Webflow’s visual editor and custom code (CSS/JavaScript).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and techniques for optimizing website performance and speed.
• Proficiency in integrating third-party tools and services, such as analytics, forms, and e-commerce functionality, into Webflow websites.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with clients.
• A portfolio showcasing your previous Webflow projects and demonstrating your expertise in web design and development.

• Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) and their integration with Webflow.
